• Straight mark: maximum fill level for most foods.
• Wavy mark: recommended level for safely freezing liquids, so that there is enough space left for expansion.

Safe and easy to move
The 360° rim provides a good grip, so you can easily move the dish from the oven to the table or refrigerator.

Easy to clean
Dishwasher-safe. The steam vent and silicone seal are removable, so you can clean everything thoroughly.

Usage advice / Tips:

Opening and closing the lid

• To open: lift the steam vent and then use the lip to lift the lid.
• To close: keep the vent open, align the lid, press in the
  middle, and then close the vent for an airtight seal.

Cooking and reheating

• Oven : remove the airtight lid before placing it in the oven (max 300 °C). Do not use on the stove.
• Microwave : lid closed, vent open to allow steam to escape.
• Freezing : keep to the wavy mark for liquids to prevent overflowing.

Prevent cracking

• Do not expose the dish to thermal shock: let it rest for 10 minutes
  when moving from a warm to a cold environment or vice versa.

Cleaning and storage

• Remove the vent and the silicone ring for a thorough cleaning and then replace them.
• To limit moisture buildup, store the dish without the lid.
