SuperSonic Chopper L

The SuperSonic Chopper extra is extra and so much more!

• A pull mechanism with a retractable cord that requires very little force.
• The adapter and lid lock easily onto the base for safe use.
• 3 sharp blades mean 3 times more efficiency and speed, but also 3 times less effort.
• A translucent base with a scale every 100 ml up to 1.2 liters and a maximum fill line at 800 ml.
• A measuring funnel for pouring and measuring with a capacity of 50 ml of liquid and markings at 15 ml, 30 ml, 50 ml.
• 2 settings: "closed" for measuring and "open" for pouring. 

3 blades for:

• Mixing: pie crust, cake, crumble, muffins...
• Chopping: raw or cooked fish (maximum 200 g) and raw meat (maximum 100 g) or cooked meat (maximum 200 g). This way you can make tabbouleh, filling, meatloaf, fishloaf, tartare, rillettes
• Pureeing: raw or cooked fruit, cooked vegetables. This way make compotes, purees, coulis, milkshakes, smoothies, gazpachos...
• Crumbing: dried fruit, rusks, dry bread, dry biscuits, grains... Make breadcrumbs, brioche, rusks, parmesan cheese slices

Equipped with the stirring blade: it emulsifies: sauce, marinade, mayonnaise... It mixes batter for pancakes, pancakes, blinis, cake, muffins, madeleines, custard
